Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours before dispatch. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. You will be contacted once your order is ready to be sent out.
Delivery Method
We deliver through trusted local courier services such as Yango and other verified delivery partners, depending on your exact location. Our goal is to ensure your GlowLuxe order arrives safely and on time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are not fixed at checkout and are paid upon delivery based on your location. Current delivery fees are as follows:

Accra: ₵25 – ₵50 depending on exact location

Other regions in Ghana: ₵50 - ₵60
Please note: Delivery fees are paid by the customer directly to the rider upon receiving their order. This is a Cash on Delivery shipping fee system.
